STAR Pit Activity Update

The BLV Group operators are setting up an additional crushing plant located on the eastern half of the STAR site towards 85 Street. This plant will provide resources to support the Alberta Government's Cochrane Interchange project.

This plant is expected to commence operations in April and will remain in its location for the duration of the season. With this addition, the overall number of crushers within the STAR site remains lower than in 2023 with average location of plants shifted towards the eastern side of the site.
