The BLV Group is moving a pre-existing crusher West to a temporary location to capitalize on crushing requirements for the Western side of the site during the colder season. The plant's location is no closer to the Western boundary than used in 2024 crushing plants. This crusher is expected to be operational in this Western location for approximately two months before being transferred back to the Eastern side of the site for the remainder of the season.

To drive continuous improvement, this plant has been set up to allow stockpiles to be placed directly West of the entire plant. The creation of these stockpiles are the plant's first objective upon starting. By doing so, they maximize their potential to absorb & deflect sound away from communities as recommended by sound professionals.
