North Calgary Water Servicing Project (NCWS) - STAR Site Area

The North Calgary Water Servicing Project (NCWS) will construct a new 22 kilometre water feeder main and multiple support facilities. The feeder main and facilities will deliver 100 million litres (ML) per day of clean, safe and reliable drinking water to existing and future communities in northwest Calgary.


Construction for parts of this project are occurring along the Southern, Western, and Northern boundaries of the STAR site. Work is expected to commence along the Southern portion starting early November 2025 and continue into 2026 as crews progress North.


As major milestones along the STAR site occur, updates will be provided through blog posts.
